Youth ministry at EACF is a joint ministry in partnership with ACCC. There are three components to Youth Ministry.
Youth group is held regularly on Saturday nights. The main purposes of youth group are to learn about God and His Word and to build up community amongst the youths. A typical youth group night consists of ice breaker, worship time, teaching time, and small group discussion time. There will be occasional events thrown in (movie nights, coffee house talent show, camping trips, white water rafting trips, retreats, etc).
Every Saturday (unless stated otherwise on calendar) in the Chapel from 7:30 pm-9:30 pm
Youths who attend youth group are placed into family groups. These family groups are determined based on where the youths live, with a male and female counselor in charge of each group. Family groups meet for small group discussion as well as individual activities throughout the year. The purpose of family groups is to welcome new youths and give them a sense of belonging, and an opportunity to serve the community as well as to serve one another.
Sunday School takes place from 11:30 am-12:30 pm, after the EACF service. Sunday school is split by age groups: 7-8 grade, 9-10 grade, and 11-12 grade.
